WAYFARING SESSIONS

WHAT IS A WAYFARING SESSION?

Wayfaring is a kind of mentoring that involves deep listening and witnessing someone's story. There is great healing power and clarity in being listened to with respect. We may also hear our own story in a different way, and it may see new ways of telling that story, or even making deeper changes.

Wayfaring is for creative, personal empowerment, and reconnection with living with soul and heart awareness. Although healing and change inevitably takes place, I do not work as a healer or with crisis situations.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

It is for anyone. I simply listen to your story without judging or interrupting. This gives people an uninterrupted space to explore and connect with themselves at a soul level, nurturing greater health and well-being.

It’s like a heart-soul course-correction, lifting away the veils of thought habit to find true self. Then one can find their own way with support, and with new eyes.

DOES ART COME INTO IT?

Sometimes. Each person's journey is different.

By re-connecting with our innate, inborn creativity we rediscover our natural intuition and imagination, we regain natural vitality and can see more options for our daily choices.

Sometimes we may use journalling or revive other creative activities that have been neglected or wounded, to repair balance at an energetic level.

As a soul artist and shamanic practitioner I can guide this re-connection gently and without expectations, judgement or pressure. It is not necessarily a serious process - that would be far too much like performance or 'homework'! With creativity nourished, we can adapt and flow with life, have confidence in and celebrate our own heart song.

HOW CAN I FIND OUT MORE?

Contact me by email via the CONTACT page and let me know briefly why you are interested. Anything you tell me is in strictest confidence.

I work by zoom meetings in afternoon slots [GMT] which generally last an hour. The first meeting is simply to have a chat,  without any commitment.

Faith Nolton has trained as a fine artist, teacher, counsellor and shamanic practitioner. She now divides her time between her mentoring work and her own creative explorings
